One Piece 1128 Page 2 of Elbaf Arc. I’m really excited for this arc and everything about elbaf looks
incredible. I was hoping for a little bit more eventful of a chapter but
think this sets the stage nicely. Oda been going so hard on the world
building and setting up the final saga recently that it’s super
refreshing to get the ogs just going on an adventure. Has a very little
garden feel with the hunting maybe intentionally. What do

I remember when I started on one piece and didn’t love moments like these where nothing really happened because I just wanted to catch up. Now that I’ve been caught up for a while, reading this chapter makes me wanna go back and read some of the less climactic arcs and just enjoy the cruise. Is someone pretending that they are the sun god to deceive the giants? My only issue is that the giants who went to egghead saw luffy as nika in the newspapers. But also, giants have a history of being deceived when it comes to the sun god. Mother caramel used her fruit ability before to make the giants believe that it was the sun god talking to them in big mom's flashback. My guess is loki is now king of elbaf. Elbaf is fable backwards, so im guessing loki can change the things around him like a big story. So loki is telling a fable and that changes what the landscape is. Also, that cat had a crown on, could be him messing around. This chapter was very fast moving and like many are saying nostalgic! I hope they all stick together for a while also it felt like the gags and bits are more pre-time skip reminiscence. Am I the only one that kind of feels like that? Oda has been planning this island for quite a while so I’m excited to see what ideas he’s had for so long and he finally can do them. I also love the new fits for the straw hats. Wow, zoro and sanji look awesome!
