Michelle Obama presents Beyoncé with BET Humanitarian Award

Former first lady Michelle Obama honored Beyoncé at the 20th annual BET Awards ceremony Sunday night by presenting the singer and activist with the 2020 Humanitarian Award, according to a report.

“I am here to talk about The Queen, you know the one,” Obama said in a video presentation, USA Today reported.

“Ever since she was a little girl in Houston, Beyoncé Knowles-Carter has been lighting up the stages and gracing the world with her talent, with her generosity of spirit and with her love for her community,” she said.

“You can see it in everything she does. From her music that gives voice to black joy and black pain, to her activism that demands justice for Black Lives,” Obama continued.

“And no matter how big the stages get, I know my girl isn’t satisfied unless she’s sharing all that shine she has with the next generation.”

The presentation focused on the 38-year-old superstar’s work with the community, education efforts, low-income housing and providing support during the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.

After Obama’s tribute, Beyoncé’s mother Tina Knowles-Lawson said her daughter has always been “blessed to give back” to the community.

In a video, Beyoncé called the honor “beautiful” and dedicated it “to all of my brothers out there, all of my sisters out there inspiring me, marching and fighting for change.”

She added: “Your voices are being heard and you’re proving to our ancestors that their struggles were not in vain.”

Beyoncé ended her remarks by urging voter participation.

“I’m encouraging you to continue to take action, continue to work to change a racist and unequal system. We have to continue to do this together,” she said. “We have to vote like our life depends on it, because it does.”

Kanye West’s ex-bodyguard calls star a ‘bully’ and threatens to sue

Kanye West’s former bodyguard is calling the rapper a “bully” and is threatening to sue for damages after West accused him of breaking a confidentiality agreement — when the bodyguard called him the “neediest, moodiest client” he’s ever had.

Steve Stanulis spilled about his time protecting West on a podcast back in May, and lawyers for the “Jesus Is King” star fired off a cease-and-desist to Stanulis in early June, threatening to sue him for $10 million if he continued to run his mouth.

The letter claimed that Stanulis had made “false and defamatory” statements on the “Hollywood Raw” podcast with Dax Holt and Adam Glyn, and claims he breached a confidentiality agreement he purportedly signed in February 2016.

But Page Six has now seen a response from Stanulis’ lawyer, which claims the bodyguard never signed a confidentiality agreement in the first place.

The missive goes on: “As such, any efforts undertaken by your clients to enforce any purported ‘confidentiality agreement’ will be met with counterclaims, that will seek significant damages, along with court costs and legal fees.”

In a statement to Page Six, Stanulis’ attorney, Dmitriy Shakhnevich, said, “Our client is being bullied here, and we will not stand for that.”

Stanulis, who recently released a flick, “5th Borough,” co-starring Tara Reid, told us, “I’m not going to let Kanye West and [his wife, Kim Kardashian, whose signature also appeared on the cease-and-desist] push me around just because they are rich and famous. I’m won’t be intimated by these two egotists!”

He said he would never have signed away his “First Amendment rights” and that, in fact, he’s “developing a new movie around my experiences as a bodyguard to the stars.” He added, “So if Kanye and Kim want to go to war, bring it on — they aren’t the only ones with a strong legal team.”

West’s reps didn’t get back to us.

Dree Hemingway, great-granddaughter of Ernest Hemingway, on Idaho upbringing

Dree Hemingway. Two great names. “Dree” was her late father director Stephen Crisman’s first spoken word. And “Hemingway?” Great-grampa on Mama’s side, Ernest Hemingway. Mama, actress Mariel Hemingway. Aunt — Margaux Hemingway.

Currently in the on-demand film “Run With the Hunted,” she a spoiled brat?

“No. I grew up in Ketchum, Idaho. Studied ballet at 4. Summer school in Paris at 15. And I danced all over the USA. I always wanted to perform and express myself. I was a ham for attention even as a child.

“But inside, terrified. It’s still nerve-wracking. I’m better when I focus on the other actors and work off their energy. I sweat when I get nervous. So I do lots of serious talking to myself. I let me know I’m on my own. I authenticate myself. And I bring what I like to my character.”

Having already worked with Noah Baumbach, Spike Jonze and Lena Dunham, what’s her gizzard chat on this which deals with lost children and abusive relationships?

“My character Peaches is an orphan, very damaged, she lives on the streets. But, see, I’ve known people like those in ‘Run With the Hunted.’ I had the experience with my best friend growing up.”

Meanwhile, due to quarantining, “I’m home in LA with Bear, my 7-month-old half-border collie, half-Saint Bernard, who steadily marks his territory.

“Walking him, I’ve thought about ‘Day 47,’ a short funny film about the alone part of quarantining. Go to fridge, work out, get groceries, FaceTime even when you don’t want to talk.”

Dree’s lone acting problem? “I can’t cry on command.”

Emeril Lagasse donated $500,000 — that’s a lot of creole — to support COVID-19 causes in Louisiana, Nevada and Florida.

More Florida. Commercial flight passenger to NYC: “No one took my temperature, made me sign anything about quarantining, nobody did nothing special.”

More. Weather? Hot. Residents, not. Schlepped out of attics, it’s their old sleeveless dresses they haven’t worn since 1840. On rainy days, they shop for jewelry. Jewelry’s their grown-up toys.

The president’s other brother, Robert, just recovered from a health experience and — who knows? — maybe it was symbiotic. This niece’s book a symptom of greed, envy, call it horrible, disgusting. Were Gertrude Stein alive today, she’d say: “A bitch is a bitch is a bitch.”

It’s not personal

I need to explain something. Joe Biden, whom I’ve picked on, is a very nice, decent man. He’s enjoyed a long rewarding life. It’s simply that at this point he’s just not able. In her late years, my mother suffered this same haze. I loved her desperately . . . beyond measure . . . but I know she could never be President of the United States of America. Neither can Joe Biden.

Countdown

Producer Jeff Richards: “Tracy Letts’ ‘The Minutes’ was to open 2020. Now it’s for March 2021, Cort Theatre, if safeguards are in place and government allows gatherings of more than 500. Believing a vaccine essential, we hope this allows the return of our theatrical heritage, the American play.”

After “Linda Vista,” Letts would have had two shows this Broadway season. “The Minutes” reveals hypocrisy, greed and ambition in the small town of Big Cherry.

Meghan Markle offers support to biracial teen allegedly set on fire

After hearing a Wisconsin teen’s account of being the victim of a hate crime, the Duchess of Sussex reached out to offer the young woman support.

Over the weekend, Meghan Markle connected with Althea Bernstein, a biracial 18-year-old who was allegedly set on fire by four white men last week, after hearing about her experience.

“Thank you Meghan for reaching out and checking on our kids in Madison, Wisconsin, today,” reads a Facebook post by Michael Johnson, CEO and President of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Dane County, who has been acting as Bernstein’s spokesperson. Johnson tells his local news outlet Channel 3000 that he, Markle and Bernstein had a three-way, 40-minute phone call on Saturday afternoon. Prince Harry also joined in for some 10 minutes.

“Prince Harry shared that young [people’s] voices matter and that Madison have our thoughts, prayers and wishes,” Johnson writes.

The duchess, 38, talked with Bernstein about faith and being biracial, and encouraged her to avoid social media and its negative comments.

“[Bernstein] and Meghan talked about the importance of self care and allowing herself to heal. And she applauded her for the way that she responded and pretty much said, ‘Hey Michael, give me her cell phone number. I want to stay in touch. And let me know when you want me to come back and talk to people in Wisconsin,’ ” Johnson tells the station. “She’s struggling. It’s a challenge for her; it’s very, very emotional. I talked to her three or four times today, and I’ll tell you Meghan lifted her spirits.”

Johnson was impressed with Markle’s ability to offer mentorship over the phone.

“As I heard her, I thought, ‘She has to talk to more kids,’ and I’m thankful she agreed to do it,” Johnson says. In addition to calling, Markle agreed to be part of a virtual town hall for Wisconsin girls, to be scheduled in the next few weeks, Chanel 3000 reports.

Bernstein tells police that she was stopped at a red light while driving in Madison around 1 a.m. when a man called her a racial epithet, sprayed her with what is believed to be lighter fluid and then threw a lit lighter at her. Although she was able to put out the flames, she received burns to her face. No arrests have been made, but authorities are investigating it as a hate crime.

Hugh Jackman reveals emotional last moments as Wolverine

Hugh Jackman played Wolverine in nine movies, starting with 2000’s “X-Men.” So, when it came time to hang up his claws as the Marvel superhero, he knew that it would be an emotional farewell.

In an interview for Variety‘s Actors on Actors issue, Jackman talked to Anne Hathaway about shooting his final scene as Wolverine in 2017’s “Logan,” directed by James Mangold.

“There were so many crossovers by the end, because I’d played it for so long,” Jackman said. “I knew it was going to be my last one way before we wrote it. I made that decision. There was a weight of expectation that I’d been carrying. I was super invested.”

In the R-rated superhero drama, a departure from the other “X-Men” movies, Jackman’s last scene shows Wolverine sacrificing himself for his adopted daughter Laura (Dafne Keen).

“I felt so in it,” Jackman said. “I was working with a director that I worked with three times before, who I trust implicitly, Jim Mangold. I remember when we shot that scene, we were shooting very high altitude, and there were thunderstorms going off everywhere, and we had to shut down. He just said, ‘We can’t do this big stunt scene. But we’re just going to do the death scene.’ I’m like, ‘Like, now?’ He goes, ‘I’m just going to have you and Dafne, and if you could just do that.’ I’m like, ‘All right.’ He knew that’s best for me.”

The meaning of the scene wasn’t lost on Mangold — or Jackman. “We got there and we’re shooting the scene,” Jackman said. “Dafne was 11. She was fantastic. We shot Dafne, and she turned around in two takes and he goes, ‘Let’s just kick out. Let’s do another.’ I said, ‘You sure? I feel like –‘ and he goes, ‘Man, let’s just stop the clocks. Let’s not worry about everything. This is the end of 19 years. Sit it in for half an hour.’ ”

“He rolled the cameras,” Jackman recalled. “Him allowing me — not just as an actor, but as Hugh — to remember that moment. It was a luxury that I’ll never forget.”

Variety‘s Actors on Actors issue celebrates the best TV performances of the year. Jackman is receiving the best reviews of his career for playing a school superintendent in HBO’s “Bad Education,” while Anne Hathaway portrays a woman coming to terms with her bipolar disorder in the Amazon anthology series “Modern Love.”

JoJo Siwa dyes her blond hair dark brown, stuns fans

JoJo Siwa isn’t done switching up her look.

The former “Dance Moms” star, 17, first gave fans a peek at a different style when she let her hair down and ditched her signature ponytail in a recent TikTok video.

But anyone who thought that choice was as bold as Siwa was willing to go guessed wrong; on Saturday, the pop star made a major change by dyeing her platinum blond hair a dark chestnut brown hue.

Posting a TikTok video set to Miley Cyrus’ 2010 hit “Can’t Be Tamed,” Siwa showed off the transformation, garnering more than 9 million views and nearly 2 million likes.

“Not Jojo using the music Miley made when she started changing. I’m so excited,” one fan commented. “She just changed the game in a single Tik Tok,” another wrote. “She really is Hannah Montana,” a third chimed in.

On Instagram, the enthusiasm was just as high. Even Siwa’s former dance instructor Abby Lee Miller was shocked at her change, commenting, “AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA.”

Steve Bing reportedly wrote notes for both his kids before suicide

Hollywood mogul Steve Bing left a note for each of his two estranged children before he leaped to his death last week, according to a report.

The 55-year-old producer penned a letter to his 18-year-old son with actress Elizabeth Hurley, Damian, as well as Kira Kerkorian, his 21-year-old daughter with tennis player Lisa Bonder, according to Extra.

“One note for each kid,” the entertainment news show’s host Billy Bush said, citing mutual friends who live in the same Los Angeles high-rise from which Bing jumped to his death last Monday.

He didn’t disclose what Bing had written in the notes.

Bing - who had inherited $600 million from his grandfather, a New York real estate developer — had a troubled history with both kids and only admitted he was their father after DNA tests.

But Hurley said they had grown “close” again and that her ex contacted them for Damian’s 18th birthday in April.

Damian, meanwhile, thanked people for their “overwhelming kindness,” saying, “Your love and support has helped me greatly during this challenging time.”

Bush said their mutual friends were shocked by the death — but the coronavirus lockdown “really messed” with Bing, adding to his existing problems.

“Steve Bing had depression with a capital D,” Bush said on the show.

Kim Kardashian to launch KKW Beauty skincare, hair and nail products

Kim Kardashian is expanding her beauty empire.

The reality star, 39, inked a deal with cosmetics giant Coty on Monday, with the beauty company announcing plans to invest $200 million for a 20-percent stake in Kardashian’s four-year-old KKW makeup brand.

The partnership will see the brand expanding into new categories including skincare, hair and nail products.

Thus far, KKW Beauty has offered eyeshadows, lipsticks, face and body makeup as well as the star’s signature contour system.

Sister Kylie Jenner, who agreed to a $600 million deal with Coty for 51 percent of her Kylie Cosmetics empire in November 2019, launched her own Kylie Skin brand a few months prior to the merger.

According to the United States Patent and Trademark Office, Kardashian filed an application for the term “KKW” in a slew of different categories in August 2019 including skincare and fragrance, as well as clothing, home furnishings, nutritional supplements, baby carriers, purses, dolls, hair accessories and more.

Between Kardashian’s growing beauty business and Kanye West announcing a 10-year partnership between his Yeezy clothing line and the Gap, the Kardashian-Jenner family’s fashion domination has no end in sight.

Shay Mitchell already talking to 8-month-old daughter about Black Lives Matter

Shay Mitchell and her boyfriend, Matte Babel, have been talking to their 8-month old daughter Atlas about the Black Lives Matter movement.

The Canadian actress recently told Page Six that she and Babel, who are in an interracial relationship, think there’s “never an age where they’re too young to have those discussions.”

“Regardless of if she can answer back or not,” she added, “I think it’s important that we read books, and she sees people that are different, and she knows that no matter what you look like everybody should be treated equally.”

Mitchell, 33, is of Filipino, Scottish and Irish descent, and she says Babel, 39, is also of mixed heritage.

But despite their diverse backgrounds, the “Pretty Little Liars” star said she feels “fortunate” to have “never” witnessed discrimination firsthand.

“If there ever was anything that’s been said about it, it’s never been something that I’ve paid attention to, so I feel very fortunate about that,” she said. “But we both have parents who are also in an interracial relationship and it’s just something that we’ve never witnessed thankfully.”

Earlier this month, Mitchell shared on her Instagram a photo of Babel kissing Atlas and captioned it, “I am hopeful that the next generation will abandon the prejudices of the past, and embrace and accept people based on who they are, versus the colour of their skin. Black or White. It doesn’t matter. All she sees are people who love her. Racism is a learned behavior. It starts and stops at home.”

The actress told us that she “didn’t think twice” about supporting Black Lives Matter on social media.

“I’ve always used my social platform as a way to vocalize things that I felt were very important and this — it’s a humans rights issue,” she said. “It’s just about treating everybody with equality.”

Mitchell also hopes to encourage her followers to live a healthy livestyle.

The “Dollface” star has made several TikTok dances during quarantine, including one that is part of the #SafeguardSplash challenge, which aims to raise $10 million in hand soaps and hand sanitizers to relief organizations and communities in need.

Mitchell has also jumped on the at-home workouts bandwagon.

The new mom, who announced she gave birth in October and was excited to start working out again, joked about how having a newborn has actually helped her stay fit.

“I have the best dumbbell ever, she’s about 22 pounds, and carrying that around all day is a great workout,” Mitchell said. “But it’s been fun, I kind of just do what I feel like doing that day. We like to  go for daily walks, I actually brought my treadmill into the living room before all of this happened, so it’s been definitely encouraging when I’m sitting on the couch to maybe walk and watch. I think every day is different and it just sort of depends on the mood that I’m feeling.”

J.K. Rowling deletes tweet praising Stephen King amid trans rights controversy

J.K. Rowling’s Rolodex is getting smaller and smaller.

The “Harry Potter” creator — who has come under fire for her alleged anti-trans rhetoric — rescinded a virtual compliment from author Stephen King, 72, who tweeted in support of trans people this weekend.

The exchange began when British Labour Party MP Lloyd Russell-Moyle claimed Rowling was using her experience with domestic abuse as a weapon against trans activism. Rowling, 54, found herself in hot water starting last December when she spoke out in support of Maya Forstater, a woman who claimed she was fired from her job for raising concerns about trans women using the women’s restroom. She later penned an essay defending her controversial stance that trans rights are overshadowing women’s “hard won sex-based rights.” In the essay, she revealed she had experience with the trauma of sexual assault and domestic abuse.

In a nine-tweet diatribe to address Russell-Moyle’s accusations in Tribune Magazine — for which he later apologized — Rowling elaborated on her position.

“As I stated in my essay, my primary worry is the risks to vulnerable women. As everyone knows, I’m no longer reliant on communal facilities, nor am I likely to be imprisoned or need a women’s refuge any time soon. I’m not arguing for the privileged, but the powerless,” she tweeted Sunday.

She concluded the thread with a quote from feminist activist Andrew Dworkin: “Men often react to women’s words — speaking and writing — as if they were acts of violence; sometimes men react to women’s words with violence. It isn’t hateful for women to speak about their own experiences, nor do they deserve shaming for doing so.”

Soon after, King retweeted Dworkin’s quote, which apparently pleased Rowling.

“I’ve always revered @StephenKing, but today my love reached — maybe not Annie Wilkes levels — but new heights,” she wrote in a now-deleted tweet, Newsweek reports. “It’s so much easier for men to ignore women’s concerns, or to belittle them, but I won’t ever forget the men who stood up when they didn’t need to. Thank you, Stephen.”

Based on this interaction, fans of King soon asked him to clarify his stance on Rowling’s “TERF” — “trans-exclusionary radical feminist” — tweets.

“Yes. Trans women are women,” King responded.

Author Jodi Picoult, who wrote “My Sister’s Keeper,” also entered the debate when a fan, in support of Rowling, asked her to weigh in.

“Sorry … although I understand that women who experience trauma are indeed to be empathized with, I also believe that trans women are women — and if put into ‘male only’ spaces run a much greater risk of violence and death,” she tweeted.

Since finding herself in hot water over her viewpoints, Rowling has continued to double down on her stance, despite widespread criticism and disappointment from die-hard “Harry Potter” fans — some of whom have denounced the literary icon by sharing their “Harry Potter”-themed tattoo removal procedures.

“She pulled the wool over our eyes for long enough,” one fan told The Post earlier this month. “This [‘Harry Potter’] community is definitely very diverse and she basically spoke out against her entire community — it was like a slap in the face.”

Several “Harry Potter” actors, including Daniel Radcliffe, 30, have also spoken in support of trans women. In an essay published on the Trevor Project website, he said, “Transgender women are women. Any statement to the contrary erases the identity and dignity of transgender people and goes against all advice given by professional health care associations who have far more expertise on this subject matter than either [Rowling] or I.”

Colin Jost spotted surfing shirtless in the Hamptons

Weekend Update: Colin Jost is buff.

The “Saturday Night Live” star showed off his fit physique by going shirtless Saturday while out surfing in the Hamptons. He wore swim trucks but skipped the wetsuit, as seen in images captured by paparazzi.

The 38-year-old, who is engaged to Scarlett Johansson, was more covered up as he was spotted leaving the beach, clad in a gray T-shirt, a striped towel around his waist and an N95 mask.

Johansson, 35, was not photographed alongside her fiancé on the beach trip, but the couple has been spotted together in the Hamptons numerous times.

Jost previously joked at a 2019 Hamptons benefit, “I was so scared of marriage for so long because every time I talked to someone who just got married, or was about to get married, is like, ‘Oh my God, you got to do it … What could go wrong?’ Then you talk to someone who’s been married for five years, and they’re like, ‘Don’t rush into it … you have your whole life ahead of you. Don’t have kids. They’re the worst.’ ”

This will be Jost’s first marriage and Johansson’s third. The actress is divorced from Ryan Reynolds and Romain Dauriac.

Jim Edmonds’ girlfriend throws him a 50th birthday party

Jim Edmonds rang in his 50th birthday Saturday with a party thrown by his new girlfriend.

Kortnie O’Connor, 35, decorated the retired St. Louis Cardinals’ player’s home for the big bash, which included a photo booth and a margarita bar.

A rep for Edmonds told Page Six on Monday that the family was also celebrating Edmonds’ upcoming return to announcing Cardinals games for Fox Sports Midwest.

Hayley, Edmonds’ daughter with his first wife LeAnn Edmonds-Horton, was on hand, as were Aspen, 3, and twins Hayes and Hart, 2, his children with his former “Real Housewives of Orange County” star ex-wife Meghan King Edmonds.

Edmonds and O’Connor made their relationship Instagram official in April. They previously went to Cabo together in January — at the time Meghan alleged that she was friends with O’Connor and that she was their former threesome partner.

He praised O’Connor on Instagram earlier this month in a lengthy post, writing: “If it wasn’t for this girl, I don’t think I would be here right now. She showed up in my life just at the right time. Amazing that her taking a chance on a plus one weekend to Mexico pulled me out of my hole and changed my life forever. I was in such a dark place; one that I didn’t think could happen to me. I was going through hell ending a loveless and abusive relationship.”

Linda Cristal, ‘High Chaparral’ and ‘General Hospital’ actress, dies at 89

Linda Cristal, the Argentine-born actress who played Victoria Cannon, wife of Leif Erickson’s stoic, heroic rancher Big John Cannon on NBC’s popular 1967-71 Western “The High Chaparral,” died in her sleep at her Beverly Hills home Saturday. She was 89.

Her death was reported to the New York Times by son Jordan Wexler.

Katharine McPhee and David Foster share wedding photos on first anniversary

Katharine McPhee and David Foster celebrated their one-year anniversary Sunday.

“A year ago today I married the love of my life. Thank you for always loving me and inspiring me in all aspects of my life. I love you. Here’s to the future!” the 36-year-old singer captioned a collection of photos of the couple’s wedding at London’s Church of Saint Yeghiche.

She also posted video of the moment she tried on her custom Zac Posen bridal gown for the first time, and gave a shoutout to her gown’s designer: “(Oh and happy anniversary to the other love of my life – this dreamy dress! thank you @ZacPosen!!).”

McPhee first met Foster, 70, in 2006, when he offered her advice during Season 5 of “American Idol.”

The Grammy Award-winning producer, who has worked with Barbra Streisand, Celine Dion and Whitney Houston, also marked the special day with a post of his own, accompanied by the caption: “-happy anniversary to the love of my life!!”

This marks the second marriage for McPhee and the fifth for Foster whose ex-wives include “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” alum Yolanda Hadid and Caitlyn Jenner’s ex-wife, Linda Thompson.

‘RHONY’ stars debut new taglines for second half of Season 12

The “RHONY” ladies are back with new taglines for the second half of Season 12.

Ramona Singer takes a hit at herself in the new opening credits, proclaiming in a teaser video released Monday, “So what if I’m self-involved. Who else should I be involved with?”

Leah McSweeney and Luann de Lesseps’ new lines are also zingers aimed at Singer.

Taking jab at their feud, McSweeney quips, “I’ll say sorry for what I’ve done but never for who I am.” And poking fun at being forced to sleep in Singer’s basement of her Hamptons home, de Lesseps says, “I rise above the drama and won’t settle for the lower level.”

Meanwhile, Dorinda Medley characteristically sasses, “Like a mint in my mouth, I can be a bit fresh.”

Sonja Morgan’s tagline riffs on a Season 12 storyline and says, “I’m no one’s arm candy, I’m the whole bowl of sugar.”

Tinsley Mortimer did not get a new tagline as she is not a part of the rest of the season. She moved to Chicago to be with her fiancé, Scott Kluth.

“RHONY” returns to Bravo on Thursday, July 2 at 9 p.m. ET.

Taylor Schilling confirms she’s dating artist Emily Ritz

Taylor Schilling is celebrating Pride Month by revealing the woman in her life.

The “Orange Is the New Black” star, 35, confirmed on Sunday that she is dating visual artist Emily Ritz.

Ritz shared a snap on her Instagram Story of the couple hugging while taking a hike alongside the caption, “I couldn’t be more proud to be by your side @tayjschilling. Happy Pride!”

Schilling then reposted the photo on her Instagram Story and added six red heart emojis.

She also posted a picture of the late black transgender activist Marsha P. Johnson and wrote, “Here because of women like you. Happy Pride my friends.”

Previously, the Emmy nominee was guarded about her private life and who she dated.

“I’ve had very serious relationships with lots of people, and I’m a very expansive human,” said in an Evening Standard magazine interview in May 2017. “There’s no part of me that can be put under a label. I really don’t fit into a box — that’s too reductive.”

She continued, “I’ve had wonderful relationships. I’ve had a lot of love, and I don’t have any qualms about where it comes from.”

‘Hairspray’ star Nikki Blonksy comes out in Diana Ross lip-sync video

How very on-brand!

“Hairspray” star Nikki Blonsky has come out as gay via the social media platform TikTok, using a video of herself lip-syncing to Diana Ross’ iconic queer anthem “I’m Coming Out.”

“Hi, it’s Nikki Blonsky from the movie I’m Gay!” Blonsky, 31, captioned the clip, which also went out via her Twitter. Blonsky also made the announcement on her Instagram account in a slightly less musical but more succinct post.

Blonsky starred in the 2007 remake of John Waters’ classic flick, eventually becoming a meme in 2016 thanks to her constant invoking of that fact on social media.

It’s been slightly over a year since Blonsky revealed that she was in a relationship with a non-binary individual named Dani, saying that she was “the happiest I’ve ever been.”

Blonsky had something of a difficult time navigating life post-“Hairspray,” with her show “Huge” getting canceled and a rom-com she had a role in, “Waiting for Forever,” earning a critical savaging.

By 2011, she was selling shoes in her hometown of Great Neck on Long Island. But she picked up work on TV via “Smash” in 2013 and has worked sporadically since then, with her most recent appearance in the TV series “Quarantine.”
