The clues are all over punk hazard arc: skeletons of ancient giants, artificial dragons, artificial devil fruit research. Not only the nidhogg fruit would increase the artificial ancient giants size around 5 or 6 time their height in dragon form, imu would just domi reversi the tranformed giants, increasing even greater their size. Imu would basicaly having an army of living breathing island-sized immortal dragons with maybe ancient weapon level power at its disposal.
