It never doesn't get me. People may say no action or this could have been a shorter chapter. However to me this is what makes one piece the greatest journey. All the kids going through their transgressions and why they are receiving this divine punishment and for all of their loved ones to appear and embrace them. It's so moving even ange who we saw sprinting away in the recent chapters for her student with no parents. Then for it to end with a giant slap in the face this journey is coming to an end because what the hell is going to happen with luffy x loki. Have to be end game. I cried by the way.

The pages where the parents hug their children and willing to die with them was beautiful. Sommers makes my blood boil. I was really taken aback. The scene was already very gripping and then the johanna-ange moment made me choke up. Someone somewhere also pointed out another touching thing that I didn't even pick up on myself - being that loki, who was once thrown from that height and later threw himself, now got to be the one who saved other children from the same fate. Not only did the falling MMA destroy the ship the knights were planning on using, it also destroyed the Sea Clouds underneath it, leaving a gaping hole leading down to the Underworld, and with Gunko's arrow still in effect, the children will walk off the edge and fall to their deaths below. Sommers tries to contact Gunko and tell her to stop the arrow so they can figure out a new strategy, but remembers that Imu is currently controlling her, so it will not be possible. The parents of the children reach them and try to destroy the arrow, but none of their weapons work, with Sommers even adding that if destroying it was that easy, he would have done so already. Just then, a demented idea enters Sommers' head: since the parents of these children are unable to get within arms length due to his thorns, they will be forced to watch them fall to their deaths, which he finds very entertaining.
